OCTOPI and DSP have signed on November 2019 an agreement of collaboration to facilitate the awareness of the European market about OCTOPI. OCTOPI, acquired by NAVIS in March 2019, is a TOS developed exclusively for container and mixed cargo terminals with throughputs around 100,000 TEUs per year.
Octopi delivers a cost-effective and easy-to-use TOS solution with core planning and execution capabilities including EDI exchange, gate processing, general cargo capabilities, yard management, vessel planning and critical reporting and invoicing functions. Additionally, the solution offers built-in business intelligence dashboards as well as general cargo capabilities.
The OCTOPI TOS is currently in use at 13 sites in seven countries and has seen recent partnerships with Tropical Shipping, Worldwide Terminals Fernandina and Port International du Cap Haitien.

Ideal Tech Labs (ITL) is an idea accelerator and technology partner for startups, mid-market and enterprise customers. Founded in 2012, ITL provides software development and consulting in Enterprise, Web, Mobile and Cloud Technologies across several verticals. ITL is been a NAVIS partner since 2016 providing consulting, customizations, testing, integration, go live and post go live support. ITL also offers unique products to augment the NAVIS TOS ecosystem.
On October 2020 DSP and ITL have founded the new company DSP LAB.

TALUMIS BV, based in Huis ter Heide, The Netherlands, is active since 2003 providing discrete event simulation modelling and analysis services specializing in logistic analyses and optimization for a wide range of customers and industries (among other Shell, Philips, Unilever, Tesla, DHL) and has solutions for interactive web-based decision support systems like, planning, scheduling and simulation scenario management.
DSP and TALUMIS finalised an important partnership agreement to develop and market together innovative vertical software solutions in the area of simulation, emulation, predictive analysis and artificial intelligence for the Container Terminal industry.
